This individual will oversee the teams responsible for inpatient rounding, point-of-service collections, charity and Medicaid screening, financial assistance, benefit verification, eligibility, pre-registration, and cost of care discussions. The Manager will collaborate closely with Physician Practices, service line leaders, and operational stakeholders to promote an efficient, patient-centered financial clearance process that supports revenue integrity and organization financial performance.Additionally, the Manager will be accountable to motivate and develop staff to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, operational accuracy, and compliance with all federal, state, and organizational policies.
