Job summary

INDACC is seeking a Financial Controller to build the financial backbone for a fast-growing restoration and construction services company. The role offers a direct track to CFO and ownership of the accounting function from day one.

You will lead month-end close, manage AR/AP, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, while creating dashboards and KPIs to support strategic decisions and scalable controls across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Background in construction, restoration, or home services.
• Job costing or project-level financial tracking experience.
• Strong QuickBooks or equivalent ERP experience.
• Team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience building dashboards or KPIs from scratch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L management, including revenue, margins, and profitability analysis.
• Lead month-end and year-end close.
• Manage AR, AP, and a small team executing those processes.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow.
• Build financial dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs from the ground up.
• Track and analyze job-level profitability across restoration projects.
• Establish stronger financial controls and scalable accounting processes.
