Job summary

Carlin Sales is seeking a Controller in Milwaukee, WI to manage all financial and administrative functions, including financial statements, payroll, taxes, HR, IT, warehousing, compliance and purchasing. The role reports to the President and leads AR, AP, Purchasing and Milwaukee Warehouse Operations.

Ideal candidates will have an accounting degree, experience in a distribution environment, ERP system knowledge, and CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems is required.
• CPA preferred; strong Excel and data reporting skills are expected.
• Experience in distribution environment helpful; data warehouse reporting skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain banking relationships and credit facilities.
• Bank statement reconciliation and monthly financial statements preparation.
• Administer employee benefit plans including health insurance and 401(k).
• Property & casualty insurance renewals and claims management.
• HR issues, training and payroll processing; ensure payroll records are accurate.
