Job summary

MRA-The Management Association seeks an experienced Controller at our Milwaukee facility. You will oversee financial statements, payroll, taxes, HR, IT, and purchasing, ensuring tight control of banking, compliance, and reporting. The role includes EY-style reconciliation and month-end closes.

Qualified candidates will have an accounting degree, ERP experience, and strong Excel/data warehouse skills. CPA preferred and distribution experience is a plus. Monday–Friday, on-site in Milwaukee.

• Experience with Excel and data warehouse reporting.
• ERP systems experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain banking relationships and credit facilities.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses.
• Oversee payroll processing and compliance with tax requirements.
• Manage HR, IT, and warehouse operations functions.
• Supervise accounting, purchasing, and warehouse staff.
• Ensure year-end closing entries and financial statements are accurate.
