Oversee daily accounting operations including AP/AR, general ledger, revenue recognition, and payroll across five entities.
Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and management dashboards.
Maintain internal controls; build scalable accounting processes.
Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Provide financial insights to senior leadership and guide strategic decisions.
Manage audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.

💼 About the Role

The Financial Controller will serve as the financial backbone of the organization during an exciting phase of growth. This leader will own the accounting function end to end, ensure financial accuracy and integrity, and partner closely with leadership to drive informed, strategic decisions.
