Vacancy: Financial Controller / Vice President - Finance Operations

Location: Fully Remote - (must be based in the United States)

I have been engaged with a genuinely rare and strategic mandate to identify a high‑calibre Financial Controller / Vice President to lead the U.S. operations for a rapidly scaling, tech‑enabled enterprise.

This a high‑impact opportunity for an ambitious, CPA‑qualified individual to truly define their own profile within a business that is disrupting a traditional sector through sophisticated technology.

The ideal candidate will get under the skin of the current operational structure but will have the confidence and autonomy to shape a much broader landscape. This will be a hands‑on position and seeking candidates that can do what they say they can do, from month end to year end tasks, you'll be in the driving seat controlling the day‑to‑day.

I'm looking to speak with candidates who have the experience of working in a pivotal Financial Controller or VP role. You will be the central pillar of the finance team, overseeing everything from the core framework of AR/AP and Tax to Treasury and Payroll. We need someone who can master that day‑to‑day engine but also has the commercial 'edge' to advise the board.

This will be appealing to those who are "doers" and have managed typical month end/quarter end/year end tasks as well as being ambitious, as this will naturally grow into a SVP position as the business continues to scale.
