Financial Controller/Business Analyst: Remote

• Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present analyses of financial results and business activities, including client program results.
• Support the development of annual budgets and operating plans.
• Maintain databases of key operational, financial, and client metrics.
• Assist in transaction processing and manage staff responsible for these processes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to established procedures.
• Apply good practices in all responsibilities.
• Ensure regular attendance and punctuality.
• Promote the company vision and conduct activities safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements:

• Understanding of core accounting principles and financial management.
• Proficiency with analysis methods and technology tools such as Excel and basic database applications.
• Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership, and management principles.
• Customer service skills, including needs assessment and satisfaction evaluation.
• HS Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in accounting/finance and KPI measurement.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical writing skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle adverse situations.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without restrictions.

Position details: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as needed.
