JPMorgan Chase's Financial Control team seeks a Financial Controller Associate to ensure accuracy and integrity of the firm’s books. The role focuses on the general ledger, controls, and timeliness across the business lifecycle.

Responsibilities include ledger validation, balance sheet substantiation, and coordinating month-end close with business and finance partners to drive governance and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or closely related field.
• Experience with general ledger, financial reporting and month-end close.
• Ability to challenge controls and identify issues.
• Strong collaboration with finance partners across the business.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accuracy and validity of general ledger accounts per GLRS standards.
• Maintain P&L and Balance Sheet controls and seek efficiency improvements.
• Analyze variances between the general ledger and upstream systems with stakeholders.
