Base pay range

$130,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

CONTROLLER | IT

Job Summary: We are looking for a driven and self-managed Assistant Controller to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the role, with a strong aptitude for learning NetSuite. Responsibilities include revenue recognition, consolidations, intercompany transactions, international and FX transactions, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage revenue recognition, consolidations, and intercompany transactions.
• Handle international and FX transactions.
• Supervise an Assistant Controller, Senior Accountant, and 2 Staff Accountants.
• Utilize or quickly learn NetSuite.
• Leverage public accounting experience (CPA is a plus but not required).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably with public accounting experience.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
