We seek a Financial Controller to manage financial accounts related to construction projects, including creating financial reports, conducting analysis, recording payments, and maintaining accounts receivable and payable. Providing billing and revenue analysis to ensure accurate financials and profit/loss statements is also essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and payable for construction projects
• Ensure accurate invoicing and collect payments
• Produce financial reports and statements
• Analyze financial data and recommend improvements
• Conduct revenue analysis and support billing processes
• Maintain accurate profit and loss statements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 7+ years of experience in accounts receivable and payable
