Role Overview

Leads property accounting for a multi-entity portfolio of owned and third-party-managed operating assets. Responsible for accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, disciplined cash management, budgeting, CAM estimates/reconciliations, ownership and lender reporting, and developing the accounting team. Partners closely with investment, asset management, lenders, ownership groups, auditors, tax providers, and third-party accounting teams.
