Position Title: GLOBAL FINANCE CONTROLLER - NEW YORK, NY (Hybrid)

Salary: $150,000 - $155,000

Job Summary

The Global Finance Partner at Bloomberg for Restaurant Associates is a results-oriented finance role reporting directly to the VP of Finance, with a dotted line to the Global Account Director. You will collaborate with Operations and Clients, analyzing and driving results to meet key performance indicators, serving as a financial advisor and business partner across a global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with local financial and operations teams to create forecasts and budgets, and assist with presentations to senior management.
2. Present financial results to clients monthly, quarterly, and annually.
3. Analyze historical results to identify drivers of variances and update forecasts accordingly.
4. Serve as the contractual subject matter expert, ensuring compliance on all financial contract matters.
5. Work with operations to develop action plans to address financial variances.
6. Assist in client communications in coordination with the GAD.
7. Monitor DSO and work with operators to ensure timely receivables collection.
8. Reconcile and analyze key balance sheet accounts.
9. Coordinate with the Field Accounting team to resolve accounting issues promptly.
10. Conduct annual Internal Control Reviews and implement audit recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years experience in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling.
• Experience in foodservice or retail industry required; foodservice operations experience a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and relationships effectively.
