Job Title: Financial Controller

This position reports directly to the General Manager and owners. The controller is responsible for directing, supporting, coordinating, and executing financial functions across all revenue streams, ensuring productivity and accurate financial data.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable (minimal), treasury, financial reporting, audits, and corporate and sales tax.
• Implement controls, processes, and procedures in the newly created accounting function.
• Manage daily company accounts, assist with financial planning, oversee budget forecasting and cash flow management, and ensure government compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency with current financial software.
• Understanding of US GAAP.
