You’ll combine financial expertise with top‑tier service, helping clients navigate their investment journey, build security, and make informed decisions. The role emphasizes compliance, documentation, and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus 2+ years’ experience in financial services.
• Ability to obtain licensure as a registered representative across all 50 states + DC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer desktop technology and digital communication.
• Knowledge of retail investments products and employer-sponsored retirement plans.
• Hard-working, independent, and customer-focused.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide benefit event education to participants and account holders.
• Facilitate transactions and coordinate introductions to specialists.
• Conduct consultative conversations on goals, risk, and horizons.
• Simplify complex financial concepts for informed decisions.
• Use active listening and build relationships reflecting One Principal culture.
• Maintain accurate documentation and secure handling of data.
• Adhere to compliance and licensing training requirements.
• Manage client pipelines and timely follow-up communications.
