Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance/public administration or related field; 5 years of governmental finance or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience with budgets, grants, procurement, and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and manage departmental operating budgets across multiple funding sources.
• Monitor expenditures, revenues, encumbrances, and budget projections.
• Prepare financial analyses, budget forecasts, and executive reports.
• Manage the financial administration of federal, state, municipal, and private grants.
• Coordinate contract procurement, development, and administration.
• Prepare reimbursement requests and grant closeouts with supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with grant agreements and 2 CFR Part 200 Uniform Guidance.
• Coordinate internal financial audits and respond to audit findings.
• Develop financial dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Provide financial guidance to Division Directors and program managers.
