Job summary

The role emphasizes effective communication across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels, with strong organization and task management in a fast-paced branch environment.

The ideal candidate will have a HS diploma with 1+ year securities experience, SIE and Series 7, with potential for additional state licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as state requires.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for a high volume of client interactions across multiple channels.
• Onboards new clients and opens client accounts, researching information in internal systems.
• Maintains client information and documentation to meet firm and regulatory requirements.
• Processes asset transfers and monitors cash available for investment opportunities.
• Prepares financial reports and inputs orders for Financial Advisors.
• Assists in marketing efforts and client-facing events.
