Morgan Stanley is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisor teams and manage day-to-day client service needs in a fast-paced environment.

You will handle money movements, client inquiries, and onboarding of new accounts while maintaining accuracy and compliance with firm policies and digital tools. Strong written and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience High School Diploma/Equivalency; College degree preferred.
• Active Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA).
• Two or more years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for an FA team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions at the request of the client or FA team.
• Answer general non-investment questions about client accounts and balances.
