You will promote a variety of banking solutions, open and maintain accounts, and assist with operational tasks while balancing sales and service. Candidates should have 1+ years in customer service or sales, with cash handling experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ years of customer service or sales experience required.
• Cash handling experience (6–12 months) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Foster relationship building conversations using CRM and other resources to onboard new customers and expand existing relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services, open new accounts, perform maintenance, assist with operational activities, and balance sales and teller duties.
• Manage risk by complying with regulations and Fulton policies, using sound judgment within limits.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions to support customers and solve problems.
