Job summary

Fulton Bank in Lititz, PA is seeking a full-time Financial Center team member to deliver outstanding service, handle teller transactions, and guide customers through account openings and ongoing maintenance.

You will drive sales conversations, use the CRM to deepen relationships, and balance servicing with sales while adhering to regulatory requirements. This role requires 1+ year of customer service or sales experience and cash handling experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• 1+ years customer service or sales experience (Required)
• 6 to 12 months cash handling experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with teller transactions accurately and in accordance with bank policy and procedure.
• Drive proactive sales/referral conversations through internal and outbound interactions including outbound calling, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Advance knowledge of sales techniques and utilize the CRM system and other resources to foster relationship-building conversations with customers and ensure onboarding and expanding relationships.
• Provide ongoing support to customers regarding products and services. Open new accounts, perform customer maintenance requests, assist with operational activities and responsibilities, and maintain flexibility between sales and teller transactions.
• Manage risk by maintaining compliance with applicable regulations and Fulton policies and procedures, while exercising sound judgment within established limits.
• Leverage knowledge of digital solutions and technology to support customers and solve problems.
