Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Katy, Texas is seeking candidates for the Financial Center Manager Associate – Green at Katy Park. The program includes comprehensive onboarding with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management to prepare for a Financial Center Manager role.

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• NMLS registration as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Grow consumer and small business relationships by delivering a memorable customer experience.
• Learn and apply Fifth Third's products, services, and processes to lead the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop and implement an integrated book of business strategy with proactive support.
