Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is launching a DeNovo Financial Center Manager program in Gainesville, GA. The role begins with a structured onboarding and rotating assignments across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management to prepare for a Financial Center leadership position.

Employees will gain hands-on training, build client relationships, and learn to lead a team in a One Bank culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required per employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with FNA assignments.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture with business partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Follow Bancorp Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Additional duties as assigned.
