Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a DeNovo Financial Center Manager for Towne Lake in Woodstock, GA. The program provides onboarding with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and more to prepare you for a future Financial Center Manager role.

Participants will develop leadership and consultative selling skills, deepen customer relationships, and learn to coordinate a One Bank culture while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years in a sales leadership role.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to read financial information and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding and certification as prescribed.
• Mentor and coach team members toward sales excellence.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy for clients.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Fifth Third products and processes.
