Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA onboarding, roadmap and certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products and guide the team.
• Use consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with an FNA for customers across channels.
• Source, coach, and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture through collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community activities we serve.
• Follow the Bancorp Code of Conduct and related policies.
