Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; BS/BA preferred or equivalent experience.
• Two to four years of management experience.
• NMLS license required after employment; obtain license via licensing portal.

• Recruit, train, and coach staff; ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.
