Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at employment through the NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with Financial Needs Assessment assignments.
• Source, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategy.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture through collaboration with partners.
