We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) Coordinator to lead and expand our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program across Greater Hartford, Enfield, Manchester, and Windham. If you're passionate about financial empowerment, community engagement, and helping families access critical tax credits and resources, we'd love to hear from you.
As the FOC Coordinator, you will oversee all aspects of VITA program operations and growth while serving as a key liaison to community partners, municipalities, colleges, funders, volunteers, and stakeholders.
You are an organized relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You're comfortable balancing logistics, data tracking, community engagement, and volunteer coordination while remaining focused on helping individuals and families achieve greater financial stability.
