Job description

A very well known Fortune 500 Financial Services organization is looking for a Remote Call Center Representative to join the team ASAP. Please see additional details below:

  • Temporary role - Start ASAP until November 2024
  • 100% REMOTE - Full time 40hrs/week
  • Hours: 10:30am - 6:30PM EST
Qualifications:
  • Customer service/call center background
  • Experience handling 40 calls/day from advisors (internal) and clients (external) with new business cases
  • Experience handling brokerage accounts, personal accounts, managed accounts
