You'll analyze financial and operational data, build recurring and ad hoc reports in Excel, and help track projects and deliverables while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met. Strong Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business operations, project analysis, procurement/sourcing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial or operational data
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience preparing reports, analysis, or dashboards
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and follow-ups simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across different teams and stakeholders
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Support budget tracking, spend analysis, financial reporting, and other recurring financial processes
• Gather, organize, and analyze financial and operational data
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for business leaders
• Support vendor, contract, procurement, and sourcing-related activities
• Track contracts, approvals, deadlines, and outstanding action items
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and resolve open items
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and reporting
• Build reports and analysis using Excel and other reporting tools
• Help track projects, business initiatives, and deliverables
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
• Support ongoing improvements to business processes and reporting
