Job summary

Gravity IT Resources seeks an Analyst – Financial & Business Operations in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This contract role supports budgeting, reporting, vendor contracts, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

You'll analyze financial and operational data, build recurring and ad hoc reports in Excel, and help track projects and deliverables while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure deadlines are met. Strong Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business operations, project analysis, procurement/sourcing, vendor management, or a related field.
• Experience working with financial or operational data
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience preparing reports, analysis, or dashboards
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and follow-ups simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across different teams and stakeholders
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and follow-through

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Job Type: Contract (6 months)

Background

We are looking for an Analyst – Financial & Business Operations to support a fast-paced team within a global travel and hospitality organization.

This position provides exposure across financial operations, business reporting, vendor and contract administration, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination.

We’re looking for someone who is analytical and comfortable working with numbers, but who is equally strong when it comes to organization, communication, and follow-through. This is a great opportunity for an analyst who wants broad business exposure and enjoys being responsible for getting things done.

Day to Day

• Support budget tracking, spend analysis, financial reporting, and other recurring financial processes
