Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in FP&A, finance, data analysis or related field.
• Experience in hospitals or healthcare with financial data preferred.
• Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and maintaining the budget system and data mapping.
• Prepare financial schedules, analyses, and variance explanations for senior management.
• Support monthly close, budgets, and board finance packages.
• Develop budgets and provide data visualizations for leadership.
