Qualifications

• Active Series 7 license required.
• Active Series 66 (63/65) license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Active Series 9/10 license required (may be obtained within 90 days).
• Life and Health Insurance license may be obtained within 120 days.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent work-related experience.
• 4+ years financial sales leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales coaching and manage sales process.
• Deliver training, performance management and recognition.
• Conduct client presentations and interview prospective employees.
• Collaborate with business partners and share best practices.
• Perform compliance and administrative tasks in line with industry standards.
