Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a Financial BI Consultant to assist in designing and implementing financial and management reporting and analytics portfolios used to drive strategic and operational decision making. You will partner with finance and actuarial teams to improve reporting efficiency, reduce risks, and automate processes, while ensuring consistent metrics and timely delivery.

This is a Hybrid role with three days in the office and two days remote.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools and systems, and relational database technology
• Project Management, strategy development, change management and process improvement experience
• Reporting and data governance experience

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the design and implementation of financial and management reporting and analytics portfolios to drive strategic and operational decisions.
• Oversee alignment of BI strategy and framework with standard business drivers and KPIs.
• Ensure metrics are defined, calculated, and accessed consistently, and identify opportunities for automation.
• Partner with finance and actuarial teams to improve reporting efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance timeliness and quality.

Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the design and implementation of financial and management reporting and analytics portfolio(s) used to drive strategic and operation decision making. Additionally, this role oversees the team*s alignment of business intelligence strategy and framework, consisting of a standard set of business drivers and kpis, to gain insights into financial business operations through data retrieval, analysis, and reporting. This position is also responsible for report rationalization ensuring metrics are consistently defined, calculated, and accessed, and for identifying opportunities for enhanced reporting automation. The financial bi technical consultant will closely partner with finance and actuarial teams to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reporting processes, reduce risks and redundancy, while improving timeliness, quality and delivery.

Required Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field

Minimum 5 years of experience with business intelligence tools and systems, and relational database technology

Project Management, strategy development, change management and process improvement experience

Reporting and data governance experience

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Oracle Fusion Financials Reporting Experience (ERP and EPM)
• Oracle Smart view, BI Publisher, OTBI, Financial Reporting Studio (FRS)
• Experience in EPM Reports, Narrative reporting
• Hands on Report development experience
• PowerBi Paginated reporting experience

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee’s weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range

$84,400.00 - $152,300.00
