Job summary

Mid-America Real Estate Group seeks an analyst to support investment sales efforts in downtown Chicago. You will underwrite retail properties, prepare offering materials, perform due diligence, and build financial projections under the supervision of the Investment Sales Brokers and Principals.

Required is a Bachelor's degree, 1–3 years of real estate experience, and strong Excel skills; Argus experience highly preferred. This is an on-site role based in Chicago's central business district.

Job Summary: Responsible for preparing comprehensive investment sales offering materials, providing due diligence support, compiling property and investor research, and generating financial projections.The position reports directly to the Investment Sales Brokers, including the three company Principals on the team. This position is located in the downtown Chicago office of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation.
