Job summary

Mid-America Real Estate Group, headquartered in downtown Chicago, is seeking an analyst to support the Investment Sales Team. You will underwrite retail properties, compile property and investor data, and help prepare financial projections and offering memoranda.

The role requires 1-3 years of real estate experience with strong Excel and Argus proficiency. Based in Chicago, IL, you will work closely with brokers on active dispositions across the Midwest.

Mid-America’s Investment Sales Team is based in Chicago and handles the disposition of retail properties throughout the greater Midwest region on behalf of public and private clients.

Job Summary:

Responsible for preparing comprehensive investment sales offering materials, providing due diligence support, compiling property and investor research, and generating financial projections. The position reports directly to the Investment Sales Brokers, including the three company Principals on the team. This position is located in the downtown Chicago office of Mid-America Real Estate Corporation.
