Job summary

Latham & Watkins is seeking a Financial Programmer in Los Angeles to design, develop, and maintain financial applications. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in developing financial applications, including skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, SQL, and proficiency in reporting tools. A hybrid working schedule may be available. The position offers a generous compensation package with benefits including healthcare and 401k plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience with financial systems and applications development.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the development of financial applications.
• Strong experience using relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions to financial application and reporting issues.
• Code, test, and debug financial application systems.
• Assist with the testing, documentation, and maintenance of financial applications.

Skills

Knowledge of software programs including Windows and Microsoft Office

Proficiency with reporting tools (e.g., Active Reports, Business Objects, Tableau)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Education
