Latham & Watkins LLP invites applications for a Senior Programmer to join the Technology team in Downtown Los Angeles. The role focuses on designing, developing, and debugging production applications, with a hybrid schedule that blends in-office and flexible work options.

The candidate will lead projects, collaborate with development staff, and contribute to enhancements of current systems while safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum three (3) years of C#, ASP.NET, and SQL programming experience.
• Minimum six (6) years of relevant programming experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of advanced HTML/CSS UI development.
• Minimum two (2) years of Ajax, JavaScript, and jQuery programming.
• Minimum two (2) years of Xamarin (iOS/Android) programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement computing solutions to meet user business requirements.
• Develop and maintain production applications and propose enhancements.
• Consult with development staff, project analysts, and end-users on system requirements.
• Coding, testing, and debugging application systems per specifications and prototypes.
• Lead small, medium, and large projects from design through deployment.
• Protect and maintain highly sensitive, confidential, privileged information.
