Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant and progressive experience.
• 1+ year of experience in accounting analysis, reporting, budgeting and/or forecasting.
• Strong proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, trend, and cost analysis to identify drivers and insights.
• Manage costs in cost centers through contracts, service agreements and routine expenses.
• Improve accounting and financial operations for efficiency and accuracy.
• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in annual budgets and forecasts, explain variances against plan.
