Innova Solutions in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Full-time Contract Financial Analyst to prepare and analyze financial and operational reports, support audits, and maintain dashboards. The ideal candidate has accounting/analyst experience, project management skills, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with SAP, PeopleSoft or Hyperion is preferred.

The role spans multiple locations, including field sites and main office, with an emphasis on process improvement.

Competenze

• Knowledge of accounting/analyst experience in financial and operational solutions.
• Experience in financial/project management for Operational Units.
• Ability to work across field, construction centers, and the main office.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Prepare, analyze and distribute financial and statistical reports with variance explanations.
• Prepare schedules and documents for annual external audit.
• Update dashboards with ratios and trend graphs.
• Monitor benchmarks and analyze variances.
• Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
• Evaluate and recommend policies and procedures that comply with accounting and financial regulatory bodies.
• Conduct technical research and write position papers on policies.
• Prepare and update desktop procedures and flow charts.
• Support cost/margin improvement, risk mitigation and operational effectiveness.
• Provide high level service to internal customers by answering financial questions.
• Undertake other projects and process improvements as assigned.
