• Strong written and verbal communication skills and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Working knowledge of general ledger activity, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and delivering high-quality work.
• Hybrid role requiring four days per week in our New York City office.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor travel and entertainment (T&E) expenses for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Analyze T&E and operating spend trends to identify cost savings and process improvements.
• Perform audits of expense activity to support strong financial controls.
• Support validation, maintenance, and enhancement of T&E dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal documentation and advise staff on policy interpretation.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests, including SOX control activities.
• Coordinate lease administration activities with Visual Lease and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and contribute to special accounting, finance, and operations projects.
