Qualifications

• 0+ years of experience in accounting or finance (internships or equivalent welcome).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and insights.
• Excellent attention to detail with organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated learner eager to grow professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial analysis tools.
• Working knowledge of accounting fundamentals: GL activity, reconciliations, financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor T&E expenses for accuracy, compliance, and policy adherence.
• Analyze T&E and operating spending trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Perform periodic and ad hoc audits of expense activity for strong financial controls.
• Support validation, maintenance, and enhancement of T&E dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal documentation; assist with policy interpretation.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests, including SOX control activities.
• Coordinate lease administration within Visual Lease, tracking key dates and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to automate financial processes and support special projects across accounting, finance and operations.
