SpartanNash is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Supply Chain finance team in Byron Center, Michigan. The role focuses on financial and operational analysis, variance explanations, and cost optimization across the assigned business areas.

You will partner with various departments to deliver actionable insights, support board materials, and ensure adherence to GAAP and SOX controls, contributing to informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Two years accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Knowledge of GAAP and strong spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial and operational analysis within assigned areas.
• Prepare monthly variance analyses and profitability/cost analyses.
• Assist with board package preparation and ad hoc analyses.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and reporting.
