Communicate findings to cross-functional business partners to support fact-based decision making that positively impacts company financials. This role is focused on driving the category review and store remodel processes with category management, OwnBrands, and merchandising leadership.**Here's What You'll Do:*** Communicate effectively to achieve buy-in from cross-functional leaders within category review process.* Facilitate cross-functional meetings in support of category review process.* Partner with category managers to deliver an excellent product portfolio to retail and wholesale customers.* Partner with shelf implementation and execution teams to inform total store reset process.* Perform business or statistical analysis to formulate data-driven recommendations that help the company achieve financial goals.* Assist with strategic initiative work relating to micro & macro space planning.* Develop standard, recurring, and ad-hoc reports for management and/or the department in an efficient and effective manner.* Ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic retail and wholesale environment to drive positive business outcomes.* Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.**Here's What You'll Need:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related area.* Minimum of three years combined experience in merchandising, data analytics, project management or related area.* Experience with SQL and report writing preferred.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Strong organizational, prioritization and attention to detail skills.* Strong mathematical aptitude, financial acumen, and analytical skills.* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint).**Physical Requirements:**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
