Job description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst, Sr., to join us in leading our organization forward.

McLaren Integrated HMO Group (MIG) is a fully owned subsidiary of McLaren Health Care Corporation and is the parent company of McLaren Health Plan in Michigan and MDwise, Inc. in Indiana. MDwise works with the State of Indiana and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to bring the residents of Indiana the Hoosier Healthwise and Healthy Indiana Plan health insurance programs. Position Overview: Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial data relating to the assigned product lines and finance functions.Responsible for overseeing the financial statement preparation for assigned product lines and/or assigned subsidiaries.Also, responsible for overseeing the preparation of the budget and monthly budget analysis for the Plan.

This position is fully remote.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field; or Associate degree and two (2) years of related experience; or High School diploma and four (4) years of related experience.
  • Five (5) years’ experience in a progressively more responsible accounting or financial role and proven knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and procedures.

Preferred:

  • Master’s Degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Two (2) years’ experience and knowledge of HMO, or PPO.
