Job summary

Advice Personnel is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, business analysis, and funding initiatives within a data-driven finance function. The role partners with finance leadership to develop models, evaluate performance, and inform operating and strategic decisions.

You will build integrated financial models, assess liquidity needs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations while collaborating across Accounting and other business functions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, banking, consulting, or related discipline.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including integrated income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow projections.
• Experience evaluating business performance and developing forecasts, sensitivities, and decision-support analyses.
• Exposure to financial services or credit risk is strongly preferred.
• Experience with secured credit facilities or structured debt is a plus.
• Clear analytical judgment and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities across functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate revenue, margins, portfolio trends, and credit performance to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support administration of financing arrangements, including lender reporting, compliance monitoring, diligence requests, and funding analyses.
• Investigate variances and emerging trends, translating findings into clear recommendations for finance leadership.
• Partner with Accounting and other functions to validate assumptions, improve reporting, and understand operating results.
• Develop analyses to assess liquidity needs, funding capacity, and the financial implications of business decisions.
• Independently manage analytical projects from problem definition to presentation of findings.
