Job summary

Towne Park is seeking a Financial Analyst in Baltimore to support its Operations Team for healthcare or hospitality client locations by analyzing financial results and statistics to provide budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and process improvement recommendations. The role also involves evaluating contracts and preparing client-facing reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares financial and statistical models by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
• Monitors site level revenue and expenses, provides analyses and recommendations.
• Creates and maintains revenue capture and forecasting files.
• Provide on-site financial support and analysis across client sites and prepare client-facing reports.
• Responsible for P&L management and budgeting processes.
