Summary:
The Financial Analyst II - Managed Care performs various complex analytical tasks to support contract analysis and modeling for JHM. Participates in the development, implementation, and/or maintenance of contract rates and fee schedules for various contracted payors. A Financial Analyst II is empowered to own, develop, and suggest improvements for their respective areas to aid in improving managed care contracts.
Education: Requires a bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field. Master's degree work is preferred.
Work Experience: Requires three years of experience in finance, budgeting, accounting, or a similar field, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Salary Range: Minimum $28.47 per hour - Maximum $47.00 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
