The Sales Compensation Analyst – Americas supports the accurate, timely, and compliant administration of sales incentive compensation for the North and South America sales organizations. This role is primarily responsible for SAP Incentive and Commission Management operational processing, data validation, and issue resolution for assigned sales populations.
The analyst partners closely with Sales Compensation Management, Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to ensure compensation plans are executed correctly and that sellers are paid accurately and on time. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience in sales compensation operations.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring sellers across North and South America are paid accurately and on time. It directly supports sales confidence, financial integrity, and the overall effectiveness of the sales compensation program while offering exposure to complex incentive structures and enterprise‑level systems.
