Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking a Financial Analyst in Ohio to review day-to-day financial reporting for select clients and create client-specific reports for analysis. The role also mentors a Junior Analyst and supports renewal projections and reporting processes.

Responsibilities include audits, data validation, and collaboration with Account Management; strong Excel, Power BI, and communication skills are essential for success in this on-site position in Cleveland.

Qualifications

• Four-year college or university degree in Finance/Statistics/Math is preferred or 6+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience with a carrier, consultant or broker.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• Microsoft Access and Power BI/Power Query skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review self-funded financial reports and provide comments for monthly or quarterly discussions.
• Manage claims audit, dependent audit, and plan optimization/contribution differential analysis.
• Develop self-funded renewal projections and prepare renewal options.
