Olin Corporation in Independence, MO is seeking a Financial Analyst II to support product costing, financial reporting, and business decisions in a high-volume manufacturing environment. You will partner with production, finance, and operations to analyze costs, identify trends, and provide insight to drive decisions.

This role leads monthly forecasting, builds models, and assists with the annual strategic plan.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field with 5+ years in accounting/finance.
• GAAP knowledge; FAR, DFARS, and CAS preferred.
• Advanced Excel and ERP cost reporting; Deltek Costpoint and Cognos desirable.

Mansioni

• Lead the monthly forecasting/budgeting process.
• Build and maintain forecasting models and reporting tools.
• Support the annual strategic planning process.
• Perform timely financial analysis to identify adjustments and reps for accurate statements.
• Review data to provide actionable management recommendations.
• Ensure data consistency and provide audit support.
