Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business required.
• 4+ years of budgeting experience.
• 7 years budgeting/finance/accounting can substitute for a degree.
• CDFM certification required.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of the Managers’ Internal Control Program (MICP) per FMFIA, OMB, GAO, DoD and Army directives.
• Assist in preparing MICP appointments of AUM, ICA, ICE.
• Track mandatory MICP training for SRO, AUMs, ICAs, ICEs, and Managers.
• Coordinate training and assistance for the MICP program for all PMs.
• Support CPE initiatives to test internal controls and verify compliance.
• Create, implement, and monitor Corrective Action Plans for deficiencies.
• Support the Statement of Budgetary Resources Audit, including gathering documents and coordinating with auditors.
• Provide support for Monthly Legacy Entitlement Reconciliations and analyze entitlement system data.
• Coordinate audit package collection and compliance with Audit standards.
• Coordinate training for PMs on all Audit functions.
• Support quarterly Joint Reconciliation Program (JRP) for DoD funds, including review of COED, unliquidated obligations, and vendor contact to resolve items.
